OUR VISION
Our Vision is to create a safe pathway for all pre-release prisoners wishing to enter the construction industry following their release. We aim to reduce self harm and suicide rates within the UK's construction industry to zero believing one death is too many.
We will educate and drive a construction culture that tackles organised crime, substance misuse and mental health silence.
We will bring the discussions that matter to the public forum and educate those most vulnerable in our society. Construction has a macho stereotype, At think change we challenge those stereotypes and move the conversation forward today, to ensure a safer tomorrow.
